Boiler Roda RK3G/S-100

RK3G/S 100 kW. - Steel solid fuel three-way household boiler with automatic fuel supply . Boilers RK3G/S-100 are manufactured in accordance with TS EN 303-5 and can operate on various types of fractional fuels (pellets, fractionated coal). High quality boiler steel has excellent resistance to thermal corrosion.

The combustion process is controlled by the heating boiler control board and the blower fan. The high efficiency of the heating boiler RK3G/S-100 is achieved by its three-pass design and developed heat exchange surface. The turbulators located in the flame tubes on the side of the combustion products increase the heat transfer coefficient and the degree of fuel heat utilization.

Combustion air is supplied in two ways: primary - from below with the help of a fan and secondary - through the upper channel. This air supply system ensures complete combustion of the fuel in the boiler , reducing soot deposits and increasing the efficiency of the combustion process.
