Boiler Roda RK3G-80

RK3G/S 80 kW. is a steel 3-way solid fuel boiler with manual fuel loading. Steel boilers for heating are manufactured in accordance with TS EN 303-5 and can operate on various types of fractional fuels (pellets, fractionated coal). High quality boiler steel has excellent resistance to thermal corrosion.

The combustion process is controlled by the boiler control board RK3G-80 and the blower fan. The high efficiency of the RK3G-80 heating boiler is achieved by its three-way design and developed heat exchange surface. The turbulators located in the flame tubes on the side of the combustion products increase the heat transfer coefficient and the degree of fuel heat utilization.

Combustion air is supplied in two ways: primary - from below with the help of a fan and secondary - through the upper channel. This air supply system ensures complete combustion of the fuel, reduction of soot deposits and an increase in the efficiency of the combustion process.
