Boiler Roda RK3G-45

RK3G 45 kW. - steel 3-running solid propellant copper, with manual loading of fuel. RODA boilers are manufactured in accordance with TS EN 303-5 and can operate on various types of fractional fuels (pellets, fractionated coal). High quality boiler steel has excellent resistance to thermal corrosion.

The regulation of the combustion process is carried out by the control board of the fire-tube boiler RK3G-45 and the blower fan. Solid fuel boilers with high efficiency are achieved due to its three-pass design and developed heat exchange surface. The turbulators located in the flame tubes on the side of the combustion products increase the heat transfer coefficient and the degree of fuel heat utilization.

Combustion air is supplied in two ways: primary - from below with the help of a fan and secondary - through the upper channel. This air supply system ensures complete combustion of the fuel, reduction of soot deposits and an increase in the efficiency of the combustion process.
