Industrial solid fuel boiler 180 kW Roda RK3G is designed for heating residential, industrial and office buildings.

The furnace space of the unit is formed by a water jacket and convective channels in the form of flame tubes made of high-quality boiler steel. Removable turbulators allow for easy cleaning of the flame tubes to maintain high heat removal rates, and the developed exchange surface allows for the most efficient use of fuel energy.

The moisture content of wood for combustion should not exceed 20%. This will not only increase the inter-furnace interval and the efficiency of the solid fuel boiler , but also help to avoid condensation of water vapor from the combustion products.

The blower fan is controlled by an electronic board in order to maintain the heat carrier supply temperature set by the user. When the fan is turned off, the slide damper on the fan lowers and closes the air supply for combustion. Also, the standard board of the boiler RK3G-180 controls the operation of the circulation pump of the heating system.

Entering the parameters of the boiler RK3G-180 is carried out using the buttons, the LCD display allows you to control the operation of the boiler and the current temperature of the supply to the system.

Automation of the fire-tube boiler RK3G-180 allows you to connect a programmable or mechanical room thermostat to it to ensure the highest comfort in heated rooms.
