RCTC0024RV is an expansion tank , or rather a hydraulic accumulator of the RCTC *** R, RCTC **** L series, designed for stable water supply under a set pressure. They also minimize the number of cycles on and off the pump, which contributes to the duration of its operation.

Selection of accumulator RCTC0024RV

For the correct selection of a hydraulic accumulator, the following formula should be used: V = K x A x ((P max + 1) x (P min + 1) / ( P max - P min) x (P pres + 1)) , where:

• V is the volume of the hydroaccumulator , l;
• K - Pump coefficient (Table 2);
• A - average pump performance (l / min);
• P max - maximum pressure in the system, bar;
• P min - minimum pressure in the system, bar;
• P pres is the pressure in the air chamber, bar.
