EK3G/S 40 kW. - steel 3-way solid fuel boiler with automatic fuel supply.

Steel solid fuel boilers are manufactured in accordance with TS EN 303-5 and can operate on various types of fractional fuels (pellets, fractionated coal). High quality boiler steel has excellent resistance to thermal corrosion.

The combustion process is controlled by the boiler control board and the blower fan. High efficiency of the boiler is achieved by its three-pass design and developed heat exchange surface. The turbulators located in the flame tubes on the side of the combustion products increase the heat transfer coefficient and the degree of fuel heat utilization.

Combustion air is supplied in two ways: primary - from below with the help of a fan and secondary - through the upper channel. This air supply system ensures complete combustion of the fuel, reduction of soot deposits and an increase in the efficiency of the combustion process.
