Brenner Max BM-04 (L.Max -04) are energy efficient natural draft solid fuel boilers .

The heat exchanger is made of oversized cast iron sections assembled with steel nipples. This provides high resistance to corrosion and durability of the equipment. The grate fireboxes are water-cooled, which prevents them from burning through.

The design of the heat exchanger on the flue gas side is two-pass. To clean the upper passages, the boiler is equipped with an additional upper door. The combustion process and the supply temperature to the heating system are controlled by a thermomechanical primary air regulator.

The intersectional space in the area of the furnace is sealed with a high-temperature sealant, which ensures the gas-tightness of the furnace.

As fuel, coal with a fraction of 24-60 mm or firewood with a diameter of up to 100 mm with a moisture content of up to 20% is used.

A special coating protects the cast iron sections of the boiler from corrosion during transportation and operation.
