Cast iron boiler Roda BC-06 (KY-06)

Brenner Classic BC-06 (KY-06) is an energy efficient natural draft solid fuel boiler . The heat exchanger is made of cast iron sections assembled with steel nipples. This provides high resistance to corrosion and durability of the equipment. The grate fireboxes are water-cooled, which prevents them from burning through. The design of the heat exchanger on the flue gas side is two-pass. The combustion procedure and the supply temperature to the heating system are controlled by a thermomechanical primary air regulator. The intersectional space in the area of the furnace is sealed with a high-temperature sealant, which ensures the gas-tightness of the furnace. To install a hinged pellet burner, an optional fuel loading door with a provided hole and fasteners is used. As fuel, coal with a fraction of 24-60 mm or firewood with a diameter of up to 100 mm with a moisture content of up to 20% is used.
