Cast iron boiler Roda BC-05 (KY-05)

Brenner Classic BC-05 (KY-05) are energy efficient natural draft solid fuel boilers. The heat exchanger is made of cast iron sections assembled with steel nipples. This provides high resistance to corrosion and durability of the equipment. The grate fireboxes are water-cooled, which prevents them from burning through. The design of the heat exchanger on the flue gas side is two-pass. The combustion technology and the supply temperature to the heating system are controlled by a thermomechanical primary air regulator. The intersectional space in the area of the furnace is sealed with a high-temperature sealant, which ensures the gas-tightness of the furnace. To install a hinged pellet burner, an optional fuel loading door with a provided hole and fasteners is used. As fuel, coal with a fraction of 24-60 mm or firewood with a diameter of up to 100 mm with a moisture content of up to 20% is used.
